A humanitarian food and water distribution program was carried out on Wednesday across several areas of Dhaka by Global Muslim Charitable Organization, aiming to support people living without regular access to food.
As part of the initiative, meals and bottled drinking water were distributed to 500 homeless individuals in different parts of the capital. The program focused on reaching street-dwelling people who face daily hardship and food insecurity.
Representatives of the organization stated that the initiative was organized to provide immediate relief and uphold basic humanitarian values, including access to food and safe drinking water.
Volunteers from Global Muslim Charitable Organization distributed the food directly on the streets to ensure it reached those most in need. The organization also acknowledged the contributions of donors and supporters whose generosity made the program possible.
The organization emphasized that such efforts are part of its ongoing commitment to serving vulnerable communities and responding to urgent humanitarian needs.
